Laminate Shell 12mm combines a pale whitewashed timber-look decor with a matte textured surface on a 1215 × 195 × 12 mm plank. The AC4 multi-layer aluminium oxide wear surface is rated for residential and light-commercial interiors. Micro-bevelled edges, a click-lock joint, an HDF core and a moisture-resistant melamine backing complete the construction. Published technical information records up to 8 hours of water resistance. The floor is water resistant, not waterproof; spills must be removed promptly, and it is not suitable for bathrooms, laundries, saunas or other wet or high-humidity areas. Installation is floating only over a suitable underlay no thicker than 5 mm, subject to substrate, moisture, expansion and current installation requirements. Each carton covers 1.896 m² with eight boards. Published limited warranty cover is 25 years residential and 5 years commercial for structure, plus 20 years residential and 5 years commercial for wear, subject to current terms.
