Laminate Chelsea Ivory 12mm presents a soft ivory timber visual with fine linear grain and a calm, contemporary appearance. The décor reproduces a timber look rather than a natural timber species. Screen reproduction and room lighting can change how the colour reads, so confirm the choice against a current physical sample. Each plank measures 1845 × 194 × 12 mm and has an AC5 wear rating, Scratch Shield embossed surface and four-sided micro bevel. The HDF core uses a décor layer and moisture-resistant balancing base. A five-board pack covers 1.7897 m² and weighs 18.5 kg. Published testing records P3 slip resistance, 9.6 kW/m² critical radiant flux and a 14 %.min smoke value. The 5G click profile is for floating installation only over compatible foam underlay and the required moisture-vapour protection; do not glue, direct-stick, nail, screw or otherwise fix the boards to the subfloor. The surface has 72-hour water resistance but is not waterproof or suitable for wet areas, floor drains or flooding. Underfloor heating is not compatible. Published residential terms list a 20-year wear warranty and lifetime structural warranty, subject to the current conditions and exclusions.

Product notes

Floating installation only over compatible foam underlay and a moisture-vapour barrier where required. Do not direct-stick, glue, nail, screw or otherwise fix the floor to the subfloor. Acclimatise unopened packs for at least 48 hours and allow 10–15 mm perimeter expansion. Expansion breaks are recommended where rooms exceed 8 m × 8 m. The floor is not compatible with underfloor heating. Water resistance is not waterproofing; exclude wet areas, floor drains and flooding and follow the current installation and warranty documents.
