Chevron Black Opal 900mm uses a 3 mm European oak veneer in a 900 × 150 × 14.5 mm engineered timber profile. The boards use tongue and groove joining with bevelled edges and have a matte, wire-brushed finish protected by 8–10 coats of UV lacquer. Published pack information is 1.35m² at 13 kg, with 12 full-length boards: 6 left-hand and 6 right-hand. This patterned profile requires direct-stick, full-trowel glue-down installation; floating and nail installation are not specified. It is compatible with hydronic heated slabs when installed to the current guide, with the slab surface kept at or below 26°C; other underfloor heating systems are not specified. Published technical data lists P3 wet slip resistance, D1 dry slip resistance, a 20-year residential wear warranty, a 10-year commercial wear warranty and a lifetime structural warranty.
